A central role thereby is the improvement and optimal controlling of the coporate-wide information- and communication-flows to optimize processes and in the end obtaining an increase of corporate-performance. This means that for example the permanent supply with needed information to the right time, in appropriate form and in optimal quality during the whole business process.
