Task: Improved support for experts in Teledermatology and Dermatology.
Implementation: In cooperation with the FH Joanneum an iPhone application was created to submit cases in dermatology into the online web community telederm.org (The Community for Teledermatology | Dermatology). Because of a pretty simple three step workflow directly on the iPhone the response time for a second opinion is reduced. The experts in dermatology are also able to browse through the latest cases and make comments directly on the iPhone.
