Task: IT changeover for the four partner companies of the Rentex group with the aim to increase system stability and minimize dwell time during data exchange.
Implementation: The IT changeover of the four partner-companies of the Rentex group started in July 2007 with the As-Is Analysis in cooperation with the software producer. muevo was involved in all areas of project management: documentation of the project, creating and preparing a web-based knowledgebase, scheduling appointments, pre- and postarrangement of trainings and video documentation.
