Scope: Mobile

We designed an app for an internationally operating company to prioritise the service orientation and create lasting customer loyalty. The app needed to be able to depict all services for the entire product portfolio while simultaneously serving as the interface between consumer and customer service. Additionally it offers a variety of features, such as product profiles, operating instructions, and a shop finder.

Considering the different interests of all involved specialist departments presented a special challenge for the design of the information architecture.


We tried to meaningfully combine product-related content and services for users, while bypassing restrictions laid down by technical specifications.
