Scope: Mobile

Upon request from Weitclick Berlin we developed a presentation which explains a mobile strategy for dm. It further familiarises the client with user behaviour and needs and introduces best practice examples. This served as the basis for explaining the multi-app approach as well as for deriving recommended actions. The core questions were: What makes an app successful? What are the Do’s and Don’ts of app development?

Based on certain criteria we compared and evaluated examples of apps from similar industries. In alignment with the company's medium and long term goals we then recommended a mobile strategy approach.
